Madden mobile lost coins

I spent 60,000 and 45,000 coins on two players and I lost the auction. Even though I lost my coins were still deducted. Please fix this problem and give me my coins back

This seems to be a recurring theme, and, as yet no attempts have been made by the progenitors of the EA (Electronic Arts) Madden NFL Mobile franchise to rectify this situation as a sizable contingent of gaming enthusiasts have had their digital currency inextricably vanish during the course of auction (myself included) through no fault of their own. I offered them several temporary fixes and have yet to elicit any response.

I spent 750,000 coins on one player and won but never got player and still lost coins..
