Madden Overdrive bug/glitch

Dear EA sport,

It's 4 full days since my madden overdrive have been bugging. The background is all black and the jersey have no number on the players. For these reason I'm not enjoying the game so far, it would be nice if I could get this fix ASAP.

our graphics might be too high for your phone and arent loading the items properly. To lower graphics, head into Settings by clicking the gear icon on the top left of the slide-out menu, then select edit "Preferences". There will be an option for "Quality" that lets you adjust the graphic detail.

I lowered the graphics all the way down on my phone... Droid Maxx 2 .. The game is still incredibly slow... What next?
