Madden Mobile Head to Head Fan Glitch

My username is bsitzman32, and I am all-madden tier 2 in Head to Head in Madden Mobile and the game says I should be gaining 45,000 fans per win and losing 22,500 fans per loss. For some reason I am only gaining 15,000 fans per win, and losing 22,500 fans per loss. This makes it extremely difficult to gain fans because I am losing more than I am gaining even though I am wining most of my Head to Head matches. I even contacted EA's Customer Experience and I was told to post this on the forumns (picture below), so I hope I can get this fixed soon.
