Lost all my madden progress

Completely lost everything 491k coins 87 rated team about 400 spare players and 200 collectibles because ea barry said in trouble shooting deleting the game would be fine and progress saved yet no progress saved please help someone or ea barry not impressed seeming as i loved the game to lose it all
