League chat temporarily disabled

I'm the commissioner in my league and the league chat says that it is temporarily disabled. It did this for the first week it was created and then started working for one day. Now it is back to being disabled and I can't find any option to enable the chat.

Hey I have had this issue for now 2 months and then yesterday it was working everyone was really surprised and thankful that they fixed and now it's back to disabled...so I called them a while ago and they said they can't do any coding so they are taking it to the developers and they are resolving it
