It says we get 4+ attempts with 3 tickets. Why am I always only getting just 3? What does that even mean? Why is it labeled like that?

So between the few minutes I was typing my last post and then going back to play my last ticket to play this miraculously and mysteriously just disappeared. It's not like we can earn them or anything like last season. The only way to play is to buy them.
