Hey,
If you are experiencing a lost player that you were selling.
First you will need to get your Facebook ID of your account, if you do not know how to find your Facebook ID. Please follow this link > http://help.ea.com/en/article/finding-your-facebook-id/
Once you have found the ID, then go to help.ea.com and create a case to the customer support.
If your account is not linked to Facebook then you may be out of luck as the account is saved on your device.

I noticed that there is a USER ID buried in the credits for those who don't connect with Facebook. Is it possible that this can be used to reference user data with EA servers? And how would one go about opening a case with customer support? I keep running into dead ends for mobile users.
