How does this add up?

In lvl, and looking at HairyArmpits it says he has 84 offense. Second pic is his lineup, all higher diamonds. How does he only have an 84ovr offense?

It doesn't.. It looks like his team overall is right though so maybe the offensive ovr is misrepresented somehow.
