How do these things keep happening if it's not supposed to?

How is it even possible that these things KEEP HAPPENING "by mistake"? I bought the 150k coins decorator pack and got the 50k freeze pack and like everyone else, I bought a few festivus packs and did NOT receive the supposed to be GUARANTEED 90 overall ultimate freeze players in NONE of the packs. Not one of them.

Yep, don’t bother contacting support either. They just tell you to go to the forums. Seems like EA just doesn’t care.
