How do I regain access to purchasing a special offer?

I absolutely agree with you eLiminuM....I personally have not had that particular issue, but the least EA could do is give you the opportunity to purchase those offers. Its completely unfair that the offer just goes away and you cant get it back.

Exactly man and I’m 88 overall...spent probably over two grand USD since reset and this is what i get? Lmao I feel like I’m gerting the runaround bro. Nothing’s stopping them from adding 100k in coach whistles and 100k in captains patches etc as a compensation. These kind of items aren’t worth anything monetarily speaking but gameplay progression is more what that suits. I just would definitely like to re-purchase these offers because everyone else has access to it and I don’t? 🧐😑🤬 

 I mean dang.... look at my team ... I try and compete with the guys that are 90 overall  and I wonder how they got there with level 15 captains 😠
