Great challenge modes, overdrive gets worse every time

Everytime I go away from overdrive, I hope that maybe some things will improve, but it gets worse every time I come back. I can be up by 7 or 800 points, dominating. Then magically with about 1 minute left I throw 5 phantom interceptions and don’t complete another pass and lose by 300. The game is so bad. I want to like it, love football. But the better I build my team, the worse I play. My wide receivers are both 94+, but still can’t outrun a safety or cb ever and if it is jump ball, moss and Johnson lose 90%. Awful!

It’s a common problem which is why I play smashmouth and run 95% of the time.

I used to be able to at least get to Hall of game and in top 5k, now I get so many cheap come from behind losses, it’s hard for me to even continue grinding. I like the blitz tournament, but it has its moments too
