Glitchy madden mobile pack gifts [ Edited ]

I got some packs as gifts from my friends but after I collect them I try to sell the players or put them in pack it says there's been an error and then reboots. After that I log in again and it says I never opened the packs that I got as gifts. The cycle then repeats. Again and again
