I was going through my daily events, as usual, and completed my 4 for the event. Noticed I had 400 envelopes, and could trade them in for hats at 100 per envelope. Went ahead , traded them in, didnt get anything. No caps. Realized I had done this once before, and no caps. Was really looking forward to this event's rewards, really sucks I cant get them because no matter how many envelopes Ibget, I don't get caps in return

Check in the the item exchange. You don't just get the caps automatically, you have to exchange them first.

@IronViper28  Hey, as gatorfan mentions, the vouchers should go to your exchange, turn them in and you can start grabbing your diamond players. 

I'm not able to check your account, but I've checked a few today and they all appear to have run into the same mixup.
