Why does the player slow down so much after you catch a pass and change direction? It wasn’t like that in past seasons

Im pretty sure it has a lot to do with their agility and acceleration ratings. I was having problems like that with my HB so I got one with a higher AGI and ACC stats and it has been a lot better.
