guys spam email to EA , they got to fix our problems , this game is full of problems , already lost my lawrence Taylor evolution on the New Eyears event, now the MVP player!!! The game is allways breaking , now we lose data, therer are people here spending a lot of money and they dont respects us , and just answer with automatic email !

Exchange it for the 10000. It will unlock the achievement and you have to claim the pack that pops up

Yeah not only didn’t it let me exchange it yesterday but it let me exchange it today and I only got 10k coins and not Edelman. I spent a great deal of energy on this, Please fix this issue.
