I’m having the same issue, I have everything to claim them but it won’t let me customer support only referred me here soooooo how is this going to fix it?

This is the last time I'm gonna say this. You have to go into market place and exchange the 90 ovr players. Trade them in for diamond trophy. Then it will unlock  It says it right there. Exchange 90 ovr player
