Did not receive Easter crystal legend

I had 3 Easter Crystal Legend eggs and when the time came to open the eggs, I did not receive the Easter Legend players. I have written EA 4 times so far and nothing has happened. This needs to be corrected.

Those look like regular crystal eggs. The legend crystal eggs were green

The crystal legends  were the ones with the diamonds and the others were not. I had 3 diamond eggs. Picture was before I acquired eggs. The diamond eggs were the ones that were the rarest.

None of the pictures you posted have an egg that should have had a legend player it it.
Legend players came in the crystal eggs that were green. They did not come in any other egg. Definitely not in the diamond eggs.
