Did not receive 5,000 Coin Voucher from League Bank Item Claim

Today I claimed a 5,000 coin voucher from my league bank and I never received it. I tried restarting the game, playing some games, and logging out an back in and I still didn't receive it. I contacted help an they told me that it is most likely a bug and to post on here about it. Please fix.

Did you check the item exchange? Everything I claim from the bank I have to exchange it before I get credit. Even coin vouchers.

It was there thank you, this hasn't happened to any of the other ones I've accepted before (I just immediately got the cash) so I just assumed I got jipped
