Coach Tactics not firing

Ive noticed over the last couple of days that when I fire off a defensive coach tactic in overdrive I dont see the results of it on the gameplay screen. It usually shows on his name a green bar that says pressure or something like that and the value of the tactic by my name and then it will show whether he passed or failed. But recently Im not seeing that. I hope they are working but I have no way to tell. The tactics they are firing against me are still working so I can only assume that mine are.

It would be nice if there was a spot in the game summary that gives us the value of out tactics points we earned

Yes, and sometimes the buttons do not respond when selecting the tactic. Sometimes a description of the tactic pops up, but it does not activate. You have to tap multiple times, or call a play and activate the tactic on the next turn. Very annoying especially in a timed event.
