Christmas Tree Reset

The Christmas tree in the event has reset for me and I was on the top tier. Why didn't his happen and how can I get it reset to the top tier again? It is saying I am in the second from the bottom tier and this has happened twice already. Suuuuuuper upset about it as I spent a bit of time and resources to get tonthe top of the tree.

Has this happened to anyone else? I'm pretty upset to put in all the work to only have it reset and I won't be getting the uf ultimate player. After talking with customer service I was offered a Madden pack for the I convenience.... What!? That's a slap to the face in exchange for the hard work put in to reach the top tier only to have it reset. Frustrated beyond belief at this point.
