Cant exhange Walther Payton OVR 94

I have collected everything i needed to get 95 OVR Walter Payton spread. After I exchange my OVR 94 Walter Payton the set is still lock saying I have not the requirement of exchanging 94 Walter Payton.

Same here with my Pat Mahomes upgrade. 

I exchanged my 93 mahomes got the token  but couldn't trade it in.

So my QB is gone and I wait since Friday EA solve the problem..

Same exact issue here and nothing but run around responses that get nowhere from EA.
