91 UF Master bonus 750 Madden Cash Unclaimable!!!

Before I got my 91 Over Richard Sherman I saw a bonus claimable Madden cash item in the shop: however; as soon as I got my master and went to look for the claimable it was gone from the shop!!! Please help.

I think there have been some issues with the offers, they showed up with a price of "0" instead of the correct one. 

Do you recall what the offer name was?
