just found out from ea help moss was only available in draft packs for a limited time. ea help will not specify when he was actually available.
I purchased packs hoping for a chance to pull him or get him from draft champ set when i saw the add on home screen only to find out he wasn't even available. this dishonest ad is still up and ea has no plan to make this right. pro packs does not make up for this typical EA garbage!
