master gauntlet keys from league help not loading

one of the boxes for the training camp needed 10 keys and i didn’t feel like grinding it out. i asked my league for help, and 10/10 people helped that i needed, each one giving me one key. however, when i go to claim the chest, it says i don’t have enough keys. any help?

@Jacob1647 When the league helps you with keys it doesn't eliminate all of the keys you need to open the lock. It merely reduces the amount of keys you have to get on your own.
If I'm not mistaken you should still need to grind 5 keys for that lock.
