i keep getting kicked from the madden mobile app

every time i open the game, it gives me my log in packs then kicks me from the app. ive deleted the app and downloaded it again and nothing changed. i logged in on another phone and it did the same thing. how do i fix this?

Been going that to me since last day of Easter promo man. Still haven't been able to play either really bummed about it
