feat of feats not leveling up?

says 9/10 level 2 feats completed but all feats are on higher levels than 2. what's the fix?

several in my league have the same issue.

@Sp3w4567 Click back once on all of them... If you don't claim them right away the level will go past it and you won't be able to see the one you accomplished. I would start with the feat of specialization. I suspect you might not have claimed the tier 2 reward.
