bought madden cash, reinstall and it goes to wrong acct

I bought 1050 madden cash for some BCA packs because they have been good to me in the past, I buy the cash and am immediately disconnected from madden mobile. Try for around 30 minutes to open it, no success. I delete and re install the app, knowing mymfavenook account is linked so im good, when I reinstall and open app, the madden cash is transferred to my new account that isn't associated with facebook. Unknowingly I open the 3 packs, get BCA demerius Thomas and realize I don't have him on my actual account, I want my packs transferred to my actual account associated with my facebook account not the random one I got from reinstalling the app
