Winning matches but still required to pay tickets

Is anyone else being forced to pay tickets in journey draft tournament even after winning their matches.

Contacted EA and got zero help. This is ridiculous.

at least in regular arena you just grind stamina for 5 minutes and you’re back in. it’s so much harder to get these stupid ultimate tickets, and then to lose them to some bug that has existed for like, a year at least now without a fix? that’s unacceptable.

If it wasnt for the x10 top 100 items i wouldn't even bother

If you're losing tickets in arena can you respond back to me in a direct message and reference this post 

• Madden User ID (DO NOT POST PUBLICLY. DIRECT MESSAGE ME). This number is located in the top right corner of your game Settings
• Time you finished the arena game where this was experienced
• Type of mobile device (iPhone 10, Samsung S20, etc)
