Winning Bid, Game Froze , lost player and coins

I have been playing Madden Mobile for over 4 years and by far more glitches this year vs any other.  I just appeared to have the winning bid on a player but it just sat at 0 Seconds remaining then the game froze. When I open it back up not only do I not have the player but lost almost $300,000 in coins. Real nice. I think I am going to quit playing. Unbelievable. If there is not a fix I’m deleting the game. As I said Over 4 years and looking at the amount of money I spent thru that time to have this happen. Not acceptable.

@Cushertmiller Hi, Auction House issues do occur, but we can usually catch them and make sure folks get their coins/player. This happened on Saturday, did you get your coins/player at this point?

Happened to me Friday. Still nothing.

• I had almost the same issue I placed a bid on a player and I got outbid but never took my money back (110k I think) and this is the 2nd time this has happened to me

Can you help me with mine also? I also never got back 110-115k I bet on player that I lost on the auction
