If it's showing up to be purchased it sounds like the purchase did not fully go through. I recommend contacting Google/Apple Support to verify it was successfully purchased. 

For further assistance please contact our Support team so they are able to pull up your account to assist in ensuring the Field Pass is added to your account.

I appreciate the feedback first and foremost but I have already checked with google play and my bank to confirm it went through and both have said it has. I'm not sure what happened and it's weird because I have most of the S1 players through grinding and buying other things but it gives me half the rewards sometimes and it gives me the full rewards sometimes. I honestly don't know what to know what the problem is and I have submitted ea help request after request and they are trying to figure it out but it's almost through the full first season and what happens if we get through it? Then what happens then because the payers will be somewhat worthless I'm guessing?
