Where’s my trial Brady EA??

So I logged into my account and went to my bench and noticed my trial Brady was gone.....figured eh, maybe I exchanged and didn’t realize.....looked at collectibles and have 0??

Idk how but it just showed up as a pack that I could open......it’s been a rough couple weeks dealing with the glitches on Madden but if you had anything to do with this you rock! Even if not I appreciate you at least responding to these glitch issues, hopefully the black screen and tactics issues get fixed soon!

@79Ballhawk Hi, I know this looks bad, but I'll help as much as I can. Taking a look on my side of things I can see the Brady on your account, but I can't see its exact position. 

Can you check your team? If you were moving characters around, or if you hit "Best Lineup" maybe he got moved onto the actual team?

Would love to show you but apparently another issue with the game. I had Mahomes (madden feast) at QB (already checked). That Brady even with the boost to 91 wouldn’t make my team if I hit best lineup but I checked anyway (I went to bench to exchange gold players and was like where’s Brady?? Next I was like “maybe I exchanged by mistake”, nope not exchange currency.

EA_David- in all seriousness, between the black screen issues, tactics not activated always, this issue, losing attempts in blitz tournament (I protested and haven’t played the most recent tournament), getting kicked during lvl/OD drives......I seriously questioning why I’m still even playing! If I miss out on a free 93 Davis I’m literally uninstalling this game!

Thank you. I assume he won't show up, but can you tap Mahomes and check if Brady shows up as a potential alternative?

Also, if you haven't done so yet, can you perform a device reset. Sometimes it really is just some weird memory glitch and after the restart the game correctly sees your players. 

For the AH issue, I'd just give it a few minutes. It's down for me too, but such outages generally don't last too long.

Good stuff, thanks for the update. I think it was related to the other strange hiccups we had yesterday,but I'm happy to hear that the card is back for you anyway.
