When I send a gift, it only shows the rookie pack and josh norman

I need help, I can't send my friend any other packs than the rookie one and the josh Norman. Those are the only 2 items to give out as gifts in the market place

This is working as intended - Was recently discovered that people were exploiting the gifting option, so they had to remove some of the content for now.
