Valentine Day Promo took 1000 Madden cash

This morning EA rolled out the Valentine Day Promo and immediately I went to get a free pack and then purchased for 400 Madden cash another.. well the game took 1000 Madden cash and crashed on me.

This game is becoming a hotbed for glitches... The specialist tried helping me and even awarded me two pro packs but it says alot when you are ripped off from your cash that you bought.
