Unable to use 76 Surtain Player in the Surtain Legends set

I am starting to wonder if all the bugs and glitches are a product of an unhappy, over worked and probably underpaid programmers who are as disposable as your money.

For every one bug or glitch fixed, a new glitch appears. Funny how Surtain isn't as fixable as when phenoms was "broken" and giving away rewards.

Thanks! Looks like it was indeed a bug and the team fixed it this morning.
