Unable to play madden mobile

I've been trying to play madden mobile since yesterday but when i get past the EA screen my screen just stays black, the menu music plays but that's It, It stays like that forever. Any help?, I really want to play

Hi, there was a recent update that'll hopefully help with this. 

Can you pop to the store, run the update, then check again?
