Ultimate Freeze Update!

I was in the process of upgrading master Walter Payton when I reached the third challenge and I traded in 93 overall Walter Payton but the third challenge disappeared. I still have the master token, but the challenge disappeared and I am left without my halfback and angry because I was almost finished having him completely upgraded.

I'm having the same issue with Payton. I was so close to finishing and now I lose my HB and Lott because i can't finish the event.

It won't let me get my upgraded ultimate freeze Cam Newton, why?

Same is happening to me and my Cam Newton. It won't let me unlock him when I already exchanged my Cam Newton.
