UF update deleted my 1K OD bonus offer

Achieved the 1k Overdrive bonus (250k MC 500 reels) and before I could claim it the new Xmas update deleted it from my market place 😠. I went through the help cases and they said post here... wow, trying to give EA $100 and they don’t want it, poor service and not smart on their part.
