I resumed it because it was showing as fixed but it wasn't fixed. This whole process is very frustrating. But thank you for looking at it for me.

Well EA_Al_Jo the journey promo has 3 days left. Let's keep our fingers crossed that I can finally receive the package I bought. From the email I received it didn't sound to promising it just said still looking at your case sorry. I was really hoping someone could figure it out. I just find it hard to believe that this case is so complex that it has completely stumped the entire EA staff on how to fix it. I really don't understand what the problem is. Can I do anything to help?

There really isn't anything else you can do, unfortunately. We just need to wait for the investigation to complete. I'm very sorry for the frustration with this
