Thanksgiving premium jersey

I earned the thanksgiving official premium jersey through road to playoffs. I’ll equip it but my players won’t wear them for some reason

If this is still happening can you let us know if reinstall the game corrects this for you? If you synced up to your account to Facebook/Apple/Google your progress will be preserved when you re-install.

I reinstalled the game and I’m still having the same issue

I am also having the same issue with the Thanksgiving jerseys. My players are wearing the Harvest jerseys, an item that does not show on my jersey kit-select in my profile. My selected orange jerseys show up on my profile, but are not the ones my players wear. I have submitted a bug response on Google. I even restarted the game to see if the bug would go away, but has not. Also, I would like to have the Harvest white jerseys to show on the jersey select option on my profile. Thanks!

Thank you both for giving us a heads up. Strange bug you're both getting as we're not getting a whole lot of contacts around it.

Can you please private message me the following so we can get it raised up to the Madden team:

We all know that two NFL teams on a game day cannot wear the same colors. Why would you allow for this to happen? 

White on white is a nightmare and could cause ANYONE to make mistakes.

The guy I just played has the Thanksgiving promo jerseys and the home color is supposed to be orange but it is NOT.

How the heck can you tell the difference out in the field.

I just did a test and my jersey is supposed to be all orange BUT it is NOT.

We get white on white jerseys.
