Superstar X-Factor Event Not Playable

This morning I logged onto the Madden Mobile to play the X-Factor event as I have been doing for the past week. 

Today none one of the challanges were displayed and there is no way to acquire items for the Sets.

dows anyone else have this problem? I need my players!

I wanted to get Mahomes by days end and hopefully start to get Ertz too! If this isn’t fixed, that is all gone and hard work isn’t paid for.

Timer on the event clearly had events ending and the sets open for additional days to compile remaining player parts out of the AH.   EA screws up a bunch of stuff (hello, still waiting on goals to properly register since the beginning) but this one they gave notice on

While the event was due to be finished by now, as I understand it did drop a little early. However there were some bonus packs that were given to those affected.

@EA_David Is there any other way to get banners? I literally just need the 20 Mahomes banners to get him. I got all 60 players and 3 elites
