Stuck in the Store

I'm still having tab issue in store. I can't click on any like top 100 or madden cash or madden today. I heard you can buy stamina with gems for top 100 is how I know I'm missing content in store packs. Any help to fix it. Contacted EA said report as glitch nothing they could do.
