What recourse is there when the entire team just goes POOF - hundreds of dollars, countless hours - no team. I "chatted" with an imbecile, who gave me a case number. Heard nothing for days. Chatted with imbecile #2, who "escalated" the case. Nothing for 3 days other than an email from EA saying "we haven't heard from you in awhile; if we don't hear from you in 4 days, we'll close the case". Imbecile #3 just told me that every time I contact them on this case, it goes to the back of the queue and basically starts over. Can this be true? Does anybody out there think I will ever get his team back? Any suggestions? It's apparently true that EA has the worst customer service on the planet...thanks for any help anybody can offer.
