Rising star badgess from league bank not being credited

I am not getting credit for any rising star badges claimed from the league bank.  I have claimed the 70 badges every day this week and have realized none of them were credited to my total.  What can be done to fix this glitch and credit back the badges I claimed?

You have to go into the item exchange and exchange them. But be aware that there aren't rising star badges anymore. There are rising star comets and the 70 rising star badges that you have collected will only exchange for 2 rising star comets.
