Hello Everyone
I have a problem when I try to buy money in the game.
When I try and put "get more cash"; He redirects me to buy the packages, he will not let me buy.
I have:
Motorola G4 PLUS
ANDROID: 7.0

Barry maybe you can help.
I received a follow up today from EA specialist and they said they would solve my problem and send me the UF pack. So i opened up the game and all i got was 3 gold ultimate freeze players and 2 more in a crummy pack that has stuff i cant use. I did get the 500 madden cash but not the 2 elite Ultimate Freeze players. what i got is about 1/10th of what i paid for. I emailed him back and he said he could not help me anymore and that my case was closed and that he could not give me my 2 elite UF Players and that he had checked at every level and there was no more help for me. I still cantplay the game with the annoying pop up. according to you EA knows about this issue so why do they not want to honor my purchase or refund my 19.99. Reall frustrated ready to hang it up except for all t he cash effort etc i put in over the holidays. But now im just frustrated playing.
Any help?

Any updates on this? Still having the problem with IOS I went through everything and even deleted cards and retried new ones. I contacte EA and they told me I didnt have any money in my account and thats why Im having the issue.... which isnt the case clearly its affecting alot of people.

Chase, please let me share that, we have been reported by number of players experiencing the same problem. Our development team is already aware of this issue and they are still investigating the cause of the issues. They are working to address it as soon as humanly possible, but I don't have an estimated time of resolution right now. Please give us a little more time to get it resolved, and try again later.

Having the same problem. I'm guessing it has something to do with the iOS update pushed yesterday.
On a side note, I'm surprised that EA is paying little attention to this problem. Considering that a) this is week 2 of the playoffs; and b) the Playoff Packs were just posted in the store (and expire Friday), this 48hr window provides huge profit-making potential. To have this service down during this time (and particularly, for so long), EA is certainly losing big bucks (no pun intended).

This is the story of my life with this app. We have ordered countless items and were charged but never received. I contacted Madden and it was a joke. They can do nothing and were rude about it! The only way to get your money back it to contact iTunes. They were awesome and refunded over $60 of unreceived purchases.

Careful because I was getting that same message, but the money was coming out of my account. Never received the items, but they took the money.

Giving this another bump i know there was no ETA on a fix for this issue but is there any likelihood of it being fixed this year? Infuriatingly annoying getting popups every day

Just a quick update on this issue. A potential fix is scheduled and will be made available to players soon. I cannot give an exact date as that is subject to change. My advice is to check for an update quasi-regularly.
