Program stamina is not on my game anymore

I have not had the option to buy Program stamina, anybody else having this problem, I mean its not even there to be offered?

@TheGLife2014 Without notice they changed it! Click on your Program Stamina any game it appears on and it will ask if you want to purchase the stated limit for 500 Gems.
You get 200 stamina the first 1,000 Gems, then 100 till the next day!
