Playoff Bug

I have a serious issue. I logged into the game two days ago, and received four playoff tokens. However, when I tried to redeem them for games, a bug happened and I says I only have three of them redeemed and the fourth is not there. Because I only have three of the tokens redeemed, I am unable to get the playoff trophies to try and get one of the masters. This is greatly disappointing and I hope someone can help. I would love to get this fixed so I can have better progress towards getting a playoff master. Thanks, Bob.
