Players are not visible

players are not visible, and this error exists in many people please help me !

Hey there!

Are you seeing invisible players within all modes for Madden Mobile and what graphical slider setting do you have it set to? Do the players still show up as invisible if your turn it all the way down? (It's located under Settings>Preferences)
