Overdrive issue

Getting tired of losing overdrive matches because YOUR network times out during gameplay and freezes the game but somehow the game clock continues to run. It's not fair gameplay on Madden's part. I have made you aware, you are cheating your customers, this should be fixed immediately. Happens too often to brush off. Way too many overdrive points lost and tier setbacks related directly to this issue.

Just happened to me. Middle of tight game and kicked me completely off. Was buffering alot before that. Been buggy 2day

I know this is a little late but have you been consistently getting them since then? When you get these network timeouts, are you playing on WiFi or your mobile network connection?

This is something our team will always monitor and look into, but there is a good chance we can try to severly minimize this from happening through basic troubleshooting. I used to get it a lot at home on one of my WiFi channels, switched to the other one and it disappeared (I have 2.4 and 5.0 on my router).

Let us know what type of device you have and whether any of these steps below had any positive effect.

Not as frequently but still does it. I also hate when after a play it just stays on the players on the ground for at least 10 seconds while the opponent is scoring away
