Dont worry, I didnt get my trade in coin for my 12 days of Christmas tom Brady to exchange for the new years upgrade tom Brady, spent the whole new years event talking back and forth with customer service even had screen shots, you think I got my token or the new years Brady, nope, I got 3 madden packs that gave me 3 gold players and the rest silver, and I was told there was nothing else they could do, so 3 gold players is the equivalent to a 3rd tier diamond tom Brady, yeah ok
