When ever I log into madden mobile I have to open tournament pack from a week ago, when I click on a pack the game loads then crashes and says “Unkown Error”. If someone can help ASAP

Quick update.

I haven't heard back from ea in weeks, my ticket it still open. After today's update, I was able to finally access my account again! I don't know if anyone actually fixed anything, or if the update just wiped out whatever caused my login issue. I'd try again if I were any of you with the same error, you may get lucky as well.

Now it says I need an update but when I try to update it says my device isnt compatible??? Tried to reinstall and now I cant even dowload it. Happened on 2 different devices... EA is whacked!!!

I select login with google play, and it says cant connect, so i try again and it says connecting to google play account over and over again.
